champignons — 200 g

Stew with mushrooms in pumpkin

vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
potatoes — 3 tubers
bulb — 1 pc.
tomato paste — 3 tbsp. l.
broth — 100 ml
dill and cilantro — 3 branches
grated cheese — 70 g
salt, ground black pepper — to taste
With the pumpkin cut off the top, with a spoon to remove the seeds. Mushrooms cleaned, cut into slices and lightly fry for 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry for 2 tbsp. l. oil before browning. Onions cut into half rings, fry on the remaining oil. Add the tomato paste, warm it. Pour broth, stir. Dill and coriander should be washed, chopped and added to the sauce. Heat the oven to 200 °. Put the potatoes and mushrooms in a pumpkin and lightly salt. Pour the tomato-onion sauce onto the vegetables. Close the pumpkin top, put on a baking tray and put in the oven. Bake the pumpkin for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the lid, sprinkle the contents with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
