Sticks with sauce

The original way of cooking fish fillets.

Ingredients
capers — 30 g
sour cream — 80 g

Sticks with sauce

natural yoghurt — 80 g
mustard — 1 tsp.
fish fillets — 600 g
lemon juice — 3 tbsp. l.
eggs — 2 pcs.
coconut shaving — 100 g
flour — 6 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil, salt, pepper — to taste
Preparation
For capers sauce, cut into small pieces, then combine with sour cream, yogurt and mustard. Salt, pepper and mix.

Cut the fish fillets into long slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs lightly. In another bowl, pour the flour, in the third — coconut shavings.

Pieces of fish dipped in eggs, then roll in flour, again dipped into eggs and roll in coconut shavings. Fry in a lot of oil until golden brown. Serve with the previously prepared sauce. On the side you can offer fried or boiled potatoes.
