For orange smoothies:

1 large orange

1 banana

200 ml of orange juice

125 ml yogurt

2 tbsp. l. honey

1 tbsp. l. oatmeal

2 slices of orange

For smoothies of black currant:

1 cup blackcurrant

200 ml of yogurt

3 tbsp. l. honey

mint leaves


Step 1

Orange smoothie: oat flakes fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Step 2

Orange and banana peel. Put fruit, juice, yogurt in the blender and beat well. Pour the drink into glasses, sprinkle with oatmeal, decorate with an orange slice.

Step 3

Smoothies of black currant: whisk in a blender currant with yogurt and honey. Pour the smoothies over the glasses, decorate with mint leaves
